LTSun-Engine CMS

LTSun-Engine was designed in response to the unanswered demand of clients and informed web users seeking a way to create, edit, manage, and optimize web content without the cumbersome requirements of other existing CMS.

Server Requirements

LTSun-Engine has been tested on Windows Server 2003 and Fedora Core 4 OS platforms running Apache (Windows & Linux) & IIS (Windows) (PHP4 or higher with GD2 library required on the server).

LTSun-Engine is also completely portable and is 100% compatible with every major web browser on any end-user platform with JavaScript enabled. LTSun-Engine Web Solutions: Edit the page, not the form.

LTSun 2.0 Later 2009 :-/

There is a new LTSun being developed. We do not have a release date yet but the git repositories will open near the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009 to the public to start testing. The new design will be far more compact and much faster. We are developing the most intuitive interface possible first and foremost, and speed second. It is a guarantee that the new LTSun 2.0 will be much faster and far easier for both end-user and developer alike. LTSun 2.0 will also include an AWS "SuperCharger" Module that plugs directly into Amazon EC2, SQS, S3 and SimpleDB.

About LTSun-Engine CMS

LTSun-Engine is a web-editor like none other. LTSun-Engine accomplishes this by allowing users to type directly on the page to edit text using all manner of fonts (non-web included) and to upload graphic content that will automatically conform to the page’s design (resize, crop, shape, curves, etc.). This functional “on the page” editor provides everyday users, website owners, bloggers, or web administrators with a zero-learning curve experience in editing online content and transforms a web browser into a live editing tool that goes beyond simply rendering text and HTML.

AJAX Focus

LTSun-Engine has done away with the old back-and-forth style of web editing by omitting the tedious and technical of changing and reloading pages during the editing process through a cumbersome back-end interface. Instead, LTSun-Engine allows users with virtually no training to create and edit web content right on the page.

WYSIWYG Fully Fluffed

LTSun-Engine is in fact the World’s first true WYSIWYG. Comparing this tool to a standard web HTML editor, the difference is immediately obvious. Existing web HTML editors do not render JavaScript displays or any interactive content, but instead require the user to input content in editing pages using complicated commands. With LTSun-Engine, content is rendered directly in the web browser window, so new content is displayed instantly and exactly as it will appear to the website viewer.

LTSun CMS Goals

Truly portable WYSIWYG tool built for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), easy integration, zero setup installation, aesthetically pleasing interface, 100% compatibility with all major browsers, and the most intuitive user experience possible.
